O designu Hexa Plus Ohniště

Hexa Plus je ohniště navržené pro zahrady a venkovní prostory. Šestiúhelníkový tvar vyhovuje skupině šesti až deseti lidí shromážděných kolem ohně. Design kombinuje ohňovou mísu s varnou plotnou a grilem, který lze nastavit do dvou výšek. Plotna je vyrobena z 10mm ocelového plechu pro rovnoměrné ohřívání a dobrou tepelnou setrvačnost. Podpěra drží kotlík nad ohněm a vyříznuté logo na boku nádrže přivádí vzduch pro spalování. Nastavitelné nožky udržují produkt stabilní a ve vodorovné poloze. Tělo je vyrobeno z laserem řezaného plechu, který je ohýbán, svařován a opatřen elektrostatickým nátěrem.

Designová výzva: The most difficult part was to be able to homogenize all the functions that the Hexa + firepit currently has and to identify the best option, considering functional and aesthetic features and cost optimization.
Výzkum: The vision was to create a multifunctional and practical product. The material from which the product is used restores the resistance of the product over time, the maintenance or rehabilitation of the product being easy, during use. Another advantage is that it is a perfect material for cooking, evenly heating the surface of the grill, hob, etc.
The tub, which is used for campfires or as a heater on cold days or evenings, is a solution to protect green spaces.
Inspirace: The concept of this product was inspired by modern design stealth trends, having as main feature the pronounced edges, which gives the product strength, power and masculinity.
The hexagonal shape was chosen as the optimal surface for a number between 6-10 people who can enjoy socializing around a fire or for the outdoor cooking experience, by the side of multifunctional product.
The design of the grill lid is inspired by the shape of a diamond.
Doba trvání projektu: This project started in November 2019 and the final version of this product was launched in the summer of 2020. The design of this product is 100% Romanian and its production was carried out in Cluj County, Romania.
Provozní postup: The grill is designed to prepare food and is made of 3mm sheet metal and steel, guaranteeing a high resistance over time. The grill holder and the tub are also made of 3 mm sheet metal. The grill pan is made of 10 mm steel sheet. The legs of the grill pan are made of 3 mm thick sheet, protected with paint in the electrostatic field.
The components of the grill pan are: Grill; Support grill; Stove; Bowl; Foot; Adjustable foot; Grill lid.
