O designu Sorkhab Obal

Sorkhab Mýdla na obočí jsou vyrobena z veganských surovin a ingrediencí bez týrání zvířat. Z toho důvodu se chtěli ujistit, že i obal rezonuje s povahou jeho obsahu, a proto zvolili jako hlavní materiál dřevo. Hladké obrysy balíčku mohou kupující chytit' pozornost, ještě více. Výrobek uvnitř (mýdlo) je vyroben ze 100% veganských materiálů, jeho obal také vyjadřuje fakt, že je ekologický. Celý balík je vyroben z odpadového tvrdého dřeva nalezeného v nábytkářském průmyslu. To je jeden z důvodů, proč bylo upřednostněno dřevo.

Sorkhab Obal je vítězem Železné ceny A' Design Award, prestižního uznání udělovaného dobrým designům, které splňují profesní a průmyslové požadavky očekávané od dobře navržených výtvorů. Železní vítězové prokazují velké dovednosti, vysokou specializaci, odborné porozumění a tvůrčí kapacitu svých tvůrců. Očekává se, že Sorkhab Obal bude vysoce ceněným, obdivovaným a oblíbeným výtvorem, který je praktický a inovativní. Tento design, který získal Železnou cenu A' Design Award, integruje osvědčené postupy odvětví a má kompetentní technické vlastnosti spojené s know-how a talentem. Sorkhab Obal je vážen pro svou důkladnost a je navržen tak, aby poskytoval zlepšení kvality života, která pomáhají činit svět lepším místem.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: Since the product inside (soup) is made out of 100 % vegan materials, its package also conveys the fact that it is Eco-Friendly. The whole package is built out of the wasted hardwoods found in the furniture industry. That is one of the reasons why wood has been chosen over other materials.

Výrobní technologie: The product was modeled with Rhino3D modeling software. The initial prototype was built by a Three-Axis CNC milling machine. To control the final manufacturing prices, the design is adjusted a bit, to the point that it is manufacturable by the rotary CNC milling machine. As for the eco-friendly approach, it's produced by wasted furniture industry hardwoods, they are all from Walnut, Beech, Ash, and Alder woods.
Designová výzva: Wood has been chosen as the main material to emphasize the product's nature as a vegan and animal cruelty-free cosmetic. Finding the best production method while having a reasonable price, was also a great challenge in this project.
Výzkum: The fact that a growing number of people are gravitating towards Eco-Friendly materials and this cruelty-free and natural cosmetic product combination pushed the design research to focus on natural materials and sustainable ways of collecting and using them.
Inspirace: Being the ultimate source of inspiration, Nature played a crucial role in the process of the ideation stage. The organic shape of the wooden package was adopted from the curvature of the river stones, resulting in a smooth and sustainable design.
Doba trvání projektu: 2020 first quarter, Tehran, Iran.
Provozní postup: It has tried to involve the audience in three different levels. First, they will notice the unusual outlines of the product and may find the streamlining of it interesting and unique. Second, they grab it in their hands and feel the natural texture of the wood. And third, they might find it really easy to use when trying to open the lid and using the product inside. There are three inserted magnets installed in the wooden package for its closure means. To open the wooden case, you can simply detach the lid from the magnets and easily use the soup.
