Rezidence v Limassolu VI je soukromý dům navržený jako budova s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Dům se otevírá směrem na jih a k výhledu a využívá místní klimatické podmínky k dosažení tepelné pohody. Bílý tvar ve tvaru písmene Z poskytuje ochranu před sluncem a spojuje krytá parkovací stání s hlavním objemem stavby. Velká okna vpouštějí denní světlo a propojují interiér s okolím. Dispozice odděluje společenské a soukromé prostory a chrání soukromí před pohledy z ulice. Konstrukci tvoří železobeton a celá budova je tepelně izolována.

- The aim of this project in Limassol was the creation of an nZEB, bioclimatic house, which is open to the south and to the view, whilst it takes advantage of the environmental conditions in order to achieve thermal comfort. The need for sun protection was resolved by the creation of a white "Z" shaped form, which integrates the covered parking spot with the main building volume.
