One Verdi Park je smíšený projekt v Bukurešti v Rumunsku. Dvě věže obsahují bytové, kancelářské a obchodní prostory s celkovou zastavěnou plochou 42 470 metrů čtverečních. Konstrukce je tvořena železobetonovými sloupy a nosníky. Fasáda využívá odvětrávaný systém s povrchovou úpravou z bílého vláknocementu a vysoce výkonné zasklení zlepšuje akustické a tepelné vlastnosti budovy. Obě věže jsou propojeny zahradou na střeše a obchodní platformou. Zelené terasy a společné prostory podporují interakci mezi obyvateli a pracujícími.

Construction started during the pandemic, prompting a significant shift in plans. Originally intended as an office building, the first tower was converted into residential apartments. This timely decision was made after design phases were completed and the three basement levels were built, marking the beginning of the FAST FORWARD CONVERSION project.
