Its generous glazing frames a spectacular panorama of Warsaw, allowing natural light to animate the interior throughout the day. Every design decision reflects a commitment to sustainability: long lasting materials, low impact finishes, and timeless spatial solutions were prioritized to minimize environmental footprint.
Doba trvání projektu: The project was developed over a period of twelve months in the heart of Old Town in Warsaw. The penthouse occupies the two top floors of a modern residential building offering panoramic views of iconic landmarks such as the Krasinski Square courts, the Palace of the Republic and surrounding high rises. The central location ensures accessibility while maintaining privacy for the family.
Provozní postup: The penthouses layout ensures smooth interaction between private and shared areas. The lower level hosts the elder family members apartment and a study while internal stairs connect to the upper living spaces with a kitchen, dining and master suite. Smarthome systems control lighting climate and security allowing intuitive operation. Furniture and storage are arranged to optimize flow comfort and accessibility throughout.
