Simple New Fashion je návrh interiéru kanceláře dokončený v srpnu 2019 ve městě Hsinchu na Tchaj-wanu. Nemovitost má rozlohu 198 metrů čtverečních. Interiér se řídí americkým industriálním stylem. Železné mřížky a odhalené stropní desky nahrazují hotové stropy, díky čemuž zůstávají vidět potrubí a hrubý beton. Zaměstnancům jsou zachovány výhledy z velkých oken. Sytým barvám se vyhýbá a nahrazují je dekorace s nízkou sytostí barev. Prostor od vstupní haly až po barovou zónu je organizován pomocí přepážek. Cílem je vytvořit klidnou a komfortní pracovní atmosféru.

- Structure the simple space amongst the well-executed lines, the arrangement of the stable base color tones allow employees to feel as if working in a café, embracing the leisurely and comfortable sensations, accentuating the furnishing and the mellowness within the prosperous space, connecting the various spatial areas to structure the comfortable daily field of vision and relaxing ambience.

- Moreover, a single sofa is placed at a corner of the Lobby, while a curtain at the back wall ingeniously camouflages the distribution board, revealing a gentle, coarse and unrestrained sentiment.

- The spatial design emphasizes creativity and the demonstrated ideal unity, with the injection of designer’s emotional distribution, the view is limited but the meaning is endless; allow the emotions and the scenes of the space to fuse together, guiding the experiencer to an imaginative spatial state, thereby allowing work not to be boring and oppressive, but rather a relaxing and leisurely romantic experience.

- The property finished in August 2019 and locates in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
- Provozní postup
- The large window views are specially kept for the employees, while strong colors and sophisticated design decorations are eliminated and replaced by spatial decorations with low chroma, guiding the purity of life to every day. In the space, partition designs are applied from the Lobby to the Bar area, we have replaced the exposed ceiling with some iron grids or directly exposed floor slab, allowing the pipelines and the original coarse cement to be revealed, completely demonstrating an industrial style.
