Mae Afon Golau yn ddyluniad tirwedd ar gyfer iard ochr cymuned breswyl. Mae patrymau stribed crwm yn ffurfio'r prif thema ac yn creu gofodau haenog o ddŵr a llystyfiant. Mae cefn gardd blaen gynt wedi'i hail-lunio'n llwybr cerdded llyfn a diddorol gyda phreifatrwydd diogel. Adeiladwyd waliau concrid atgyfnerthedig crwm o wahanol uchderau gan ddefnyddio mowldiau pwrpasol a bariau dur wedi'u plygu, rhai ohonynt wedi'u siapio ar y safle. Her Dylunio: The light changes infinitely that the sunlight exists in life and the ingenious design of illuminations at night exposes the different charm. The light flows, the time flows, and the life accordingly moves sustainably.
Ymchwil: The side yard of the congregate housing, mainly for walk path, is grown with numerous native perennial plants in Taiwan. The green space covered with the diverse plants encompassing the evergreen arbors and shrubs artistically resembles the green boundary to the outside world. The plants changing in colors and species in different seasons are as appealing as an art painting, on which sky signifies the empty space for lights and shadows that enliven the urban life with the greenery scenes and the flowing fresh air.

As to the residential functions, the current small but distinct space is suitable for different needs for the usage of space, in which people feel relaxed in the privacy-secured space.
