Am Evergreen Dyluniad Tirlun

Mae Evergreen yn ddyluniad tirlun ar gyfer cymuned breswyl. Mae wynebau geometrig clir a golau a chysgod haenog yn troi gofod awyr agored anrheolaidd yn ardd â sawl lefel a swyddogaethau amrywiol. Mae llwybrau cerdded crwn yn arwain symudiad ac yn cysylltu ardaloedd o wahanol uchderau. Mae'r pyllau cyfagos yn ffurfio tirlun dŵr parhaus ac yn helpu i ostwng tymereddau cyfagos. Mae planhigion bythwyrdd a goddefgar i sychder yn lleihau defnydd dŵr a chynnal a chadw. Mae gardd ar y to gyda phlanhigion gorchudd daear brodorol a phaneli solar hefyd yn darparu ardal orffwys gysgodol.

Mae Evergreen Dyluniad Tirlun yn enillydd Gwobr Efydd A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth hynod fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau rhagorol sydd yn nodedig am greadigrwydd, dyfeisgarwch a chraffter. Mae enillwyr Efydd yn arteffactau medrus iawn a thrawiadol o greadigol sydd yn dilysu profiad helaeth, dychymyg a dyfeisgarwch eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Evergreen Dyluniad Tirlun fod yn wrthrych uchel ei fri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn nodedig o broffesiynol ac arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Efydd A' Design Award yn ymgorffori arferion gorau mewn celf, gwyddoniaeth, dylunio a thechnoleg, ac yn rhagorol am ei sylw i fanylion. Mae Evergreen Dyluniad Tirlun yn bodloni anghenion yn odidog, yn cyffwrdd â dyheadau, yn swyno teimladau ac yn apelio at chwilfrydedd.

Priodweddau Unigryw: The design project combining the clear-cut geometric planes and delicate multi-layered lights and shadows converts the irregular outdoor space into an excellent landscaping space with multiple layers and diverse functions. Whenever the residents walking by the public artwork at the entrance, by the pools and by the walk paths can feel the expectation of the residential community and the warm welcome from home.

Technoleg Cynhyrchu: The solar panels are installed on the roof, where the space under the shade of the solar panels is a cozy resting area. The massive thin pool landscaping, on the roof, reduces the surrounding temperature. In the courtyard, the minimum number of facilities whose simple design and the public space whose multi functions reduce the impact of construction on the environment.
Her Dylunio: The enlivening geometric lines figuratively consolidating the tranquil pools and trees create the delicate-layered public space adjoined by the pools and surrounded by the greenery landscapes. The roof garden with diverse plants, where is furnished with the massive landscaping pool, is a resident-friendly space as well.
Ymchwil: The guidance of the traffic flows is the main solution to the restricted base, of which the circular walk paths function as the intermediate space between the spaces with different heights. The outer side of the surrounding pools artistically establishes the infinite water landscape.
Ysbrydoliaeth: The evergreen plants grown in the public space can reduce the maintenance and management costs. The drought-tolerant plants can thrive with little water, therefore reducing water usage. The pools accordantly corresponding to the surrounding fountain bring about the goal to protect natural environment and reduce the effect of an urban heat island.
Llif Gweithrediad: The roof garden which demonstrates the concept of sustainable energy is grown with the native insect-resistant plants in Taiwan. The ground cover plants which need less soil reduce the structure floor load and the amount of the concrete furnished on the roof, all of which effectively reduce the indoor temperature and the usage of air conditioning.
