Am Nibbiorosso Mtb Trydan
Ar gyfer dyluniadau beiciau, ac yn enwedig ar gyfer E-feiciau, mae materion yn ymwneud â chyfeillgarwch defnyddwyr ac optimeiddio systemau yn parhau i fod yn ddygn. Mae creu system sy'n gallu gweithredu'n ddibynadwy yn y tymor hir, tra'n hawdd i'w gweithredu a'i haddasu yn hanfodol o fewn ei marchnad. Mae materion megis trorym, symlrwydd system, bywyd batri, a chyfnewidioldeb batri, hefyd yn dod yn faterion o fewn cwmpas prosiectau o'r fath.
Y Gydnabyddiaeth
Am y Gwobr Efydd A' Design Award
Mae Nibbiorosso Mtb Trydan yn enillydd Gwobr Efydd A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth hynod fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau rhagorol sydd yn nodedig am greadigrwydd, dyfeisgarwch a chraffter. Mae enillwyr Efydd yn arteffactau medrus iawn a thrawiadol o greadigol sydd yn dilysu profiad helaeth, dychymyg a dyfeisgarwch eu dylunwyr. Disgwylir i Nibbiorosso Mtb Trydan fod yn wrthrych uchel ei fri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn nodedig o broffesiynol ac arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Efydd A' Design Award yn ymgorffori arferion gorau mewn celf, gwyddoniaeth, dylunio a thechnoleg, ac yn rhagorol am ei sylw i fanylion. Mae Nibbiorosso Mtb Trydan yn bodloni anghenion yn odidog, yn cyffwrdd â dyheadau, yn swyno teimladau ac yn apelio at chwilfrydedd.

- Priodweddau Unigryw
- Designed around modularity, the Nibbiorosso is an E-bike made for the mountains. Powered by a 2.8kw
72v electric battery with a max. torque of 160Nm, or via foot pedals, the bike can function on and off
road with 2 front gears and 11 in the rear. Its integrated circuitry means removing the battery can be
done with a simple double action, and the engine by removing the right pedal, for traditional bike use.
Additionally, its controller box is separate, making future battery installations easier. - Dimensiynau a Phecynnu
- Wheel size: 29x2,3in. Frame: Carbon fiber 11M-12M. Wheelbase: 1229mm in the L Version. Head Tub Angle: 66 degrees. Carbon Handlebar: 6 degrees upsweep, 8 degrees backsweep, 800mm. Front Forks: 40mm diameter, 44mm offset, 170mm of travel. Rear Shock: 2 position adjustment, high and low speed rebound and compression adjust. Electric Engine: 2800W, 72V, 11,6 Ah, Max Torque 120 Nm. Electric Engine Weight: 4550 gr. Battery Pack Weight: 3100 gr. Estimated Range no pedaling: 60 Km.

- Her Dylunio
- For the Nibbiorosso, the rear frame suspension system proved to be the most challenging. Though some
parts had bigger challenges than others, the problems of the shock link were the most complex. Locating
a shock link with correct specifications for the design, whilst remaining affordable and reliable, was
imperative for the design to function. - Ymchwil
- The E-bike research and design process stemmed from a desire to pioneer concepts within the market.
Though these kinds of E-bikes have existed for some time, I challenged myself to innovate technological
aspects for the sake of user friendliness and simplicity. There admittedly were some difficulties in
designing the rear part of the frame to fit the shock spring, with the intent of keeping components safe
and ensuring reliability. Overall, the goal of the design was to advance the E-bike and Mountain bike
markets, and present a provocative concept that could fit two desires into one practical yet modular
design. - Ysbrydoliaeth
- A continued research project formed the basis of the design. The process had two parts, starting with
individual research that shifted towards brainstorming on CAD software. The concept developed after a
continued analysis of texts, articles, interviews with experts, and various personal experiences. In this
case, the design was to be as abstract and futuristic as possible, whilst also producing an alternative to
today’s products, as a means of pushing the future of the market. - Hyd y Prosiect
- The Nibbiorosso project began in Montecatini Terme, and due to Covid 19 restrictions, work solely remained there. The designing and building process lasted around a year, starting from February of 2020. Work on the Nibbiorosso slowed down between March and June of 2020 due to urgent requirements for another project. This was soon after compensated with more intense research and design, following the interruption.
- Llif Gweithrediad
- One uses the bike like any other E-bike. A twist of the handlebar propels the user via electric power. However, it can transform into a regular bike. Unscrew the right bolt on the right pedal arm to remove the circular disc that transforms power from the battery. Using a Key lock, with a simple double-action, one can also remove the battery pack. The bike's circuitry is integrated, and its dedicated controller box allows for quicker conversions to electric power when reapplying the battery.
- Patentau
- There is one patent pending for the Nibbiorosso.
- Cydnabyddiaeth Delweddau
- Marco Naccarella.
