Am Germgo Robot Diheintio

Mae Germgo yn robot diheintio deallus wedi'i ddylunio ar gyfer lleoedd cyhoeddus. Cynhwysir dwy sgrin, un ar gyfer cynllunio'r llwybr glanhau a'r llall ar gyfer dangos y statws gweithredu. Mae tair nòsl yn chwistrellu diheintydd dros ardal eang, ac mae tanc dŵr mawr yn cynnal cyfnodau hir o ddefnydd. Mae dyfais fideo-daflunio ar y sylfaen yn bwrw'r cyfeiriad teithio arfaethedig ar y llawr, fel bod cerddwyr yn gallu camu o'r neilltu ymlaen llaw ac osgoi gwrthdrawiadau. Gwneir y cragen o PC ac ABS drwy chwistrellu-fowldio, ac mae'r modiwl diheintio yn defnyddio PA gwrth-gyrydiad.

Y Gydnabyddiaeth

Am y Gwobr Haearn A' Design Award

Mae Germgo Robot Diheintio yn enillydd Gwobr Haearn A' Design Award, cydnabyddiaeth fawreddog a roddir i ddyluniadau da sydd yn bodloni'r gofynion proffesiynol a diwydiannol a ddisgwylir gan greadigaethau wedi'u dylunio'n dda. Mae enillwyr Haearn yn dangos medrusrwydd mawr, arbenigedd uchel, dealltwriaeth arbenigol a gallu creadigol eu crewyr. Disgwylir i Germgo Robot Diheintio fod yn greadigaeth uchel ei bri, a edmygir ac a anwylir, sydd yn ymarferol ac yn arloesol. Mae'r dyluniad buddugol hwn o Wobr Haearn A' Design Award yn integreiddio arferion gorau'r diwydiant ac mae ganddo nodweddion technegol cymwys wedi'u cysylltu â gwybodaeth ymarferol a dawn. Parchir Germgo Robot Diheintio am ei drylwyredd ac fe'i dyluniwyd i ddarparu gwelliannau ansawdd bywyd sydd yn helpu i wneud y byd yn lle gwell.

Priodweddau Unigryw: "Germgo" is an intelligent disinfection robot used in public places. Functionally, the machine has two screens for setting the route and checking the status, which can freely plan the driving route, three nozzles that can be fully disinfected and a large-capacity water tank can meet the needs of disinfection. There is a projection device on the base of the machine, which can inform the driving direction in advance and help people avoid.
Dimensiynau a Phecynnu: Length 585mm x Width 527mm x Height 1063mm
Tagiau: Smart disinfection，Sanitizing Spray、Public places、man-machine、interact
Technoleg Cynhyrchu: The product adopts PC and ABS injection molding process to make the shell and sheet metal, and the disinfection module is made of PA material, which is not easy to corrode and easy to maintain.
Her Dylunio: The biggest challenge is to ensure both the efficiency of disinfection and the rationality of human and machine.
Ymchwil: Through market research, we will study various data of consumers and medical staff, and propose solutions for disinfection of public places through the diversified analysis of competing products, and then build user goals in new application scenarios to find more humanized design points.
Ysbrydoliaeth: The new crown epidemic has increased people's attention to daily disinfection, but the cold disinfection machines in public places will always conflict with pedestrians, so I will design the disinfection robot from a more humane perspective
Hyd y Prosiect: The project started in Wuhan in September 2021 and completed in Wuhan in December 2021
Llif Gweithrediad: Through the top screen to independently plan and select the disinfection route, combined with the induction device to realize the unmanned disinfection mode, the rectangular screen on the front allows people to intuitively understand the operation information of the robot, and the projection device at the bottom can project the driving direction of the machine to help pedestrians avoid ahead. prevent collision.
