Om Pop Star Kunstinstallation, Udsigtsplatform

Pop Star er en kunstinstallation og udsigtsplatform baseret på ikosaederets geometriske form. Værket er opført som en stålkonstruktion, der måler 15000 mm i hver retning. Formen er inspireret af et insekts facetøje, forstørret til en skala, der overskrider den normale menneskelige visuelle opfattelse. Besøgende kan træde ind i det centrale område og skue ud over de omkringliggende marker. Udefra fremstår volumenet massivt og imponerende, mens det indre rum føles stille og lukket. Pop Star blev designet i Beijing i 2019 og færdiggjort i Shanghai i 2020.

Unikke Egenskaber: Pop Star is based on the geometric shape of the icosahedron. Through the deconstruction of space and the reconstruction of form, the artist finally constructed this 'monster' with a huge volume that exceeds the human visual reading scale, like an alien object flying in from another dimension of time and space. Viewers could feel the association between the Pop Star and transcendental theory that Ralph Waldo Emerson said: The world globes itself in a drop of dew.
