Über Aurora Desinfektionsbox für Mobiltelefone

Aurora ist eine Serie aus zwei Desinfektionsboxen für Mobiltelefone. Das Modell N1 nutzt zwölf UVC-LEDs, um Vorder- und Rückseite eines Telefons zu desinfizieren. Eine motorbetriebene Hubplattform zieht das Telefon in die nach oben gerichtete Öffnung ein und gibt es nach Abschluss des Zyklus wieder zurück. Das Modell M1 kombiniert ultraviolettes Licht mit zwei motorbetriebenen, mit Flanell bezogenen Reinigungstuchelementen, die beide Seiten des Telefons abwischen. Die Tuchelemente lassen sich zum Waschen abnehmen, und die Oberseite des M1 bietet kabelloses Laden. Aurora ist für den Einsatz in Wohnungen, an öffentlichen Orten und in medizinischen Einrichtungen konzipiert.

However, N1 can easily solve these problems by using the shape of the upward opening.
The flexible structure can fix the cleaning cloth components of M1, which can ensure to be suitable for the phone thickness of 7mm~14mm on the premise of completely fitting to the mobile phone. The cleaning cloth is driven by a motor can realize automatic cleaning without human intervention.
We can also take out the M1 cleaning cloth components separately for cleaning or replacement, so as to ensure the cleaning efficiency.

Projektdauer: The project was initiated in Guangzhou, China in July 2020 and was completed in December 2020
Betriebsablauf: He ultraviolet disinfection for the front and back of the mobile phone can be provided by N1, in which the high-intensity ultraviolet radiation is constituted by the 12 Uvc Leds inside. In the opening of N1, it contains a lifting platform with a motor, so that the platform can move down and inhale the mobile phone for ultraviolet disinfection when the user puts the mobile phone into the opening. After finishing, it will lift up the phone to restore, which works like the a toaster.

With 2 motor-driven cleaning cloth components, M1 can wipe and clean the front and back of the mobile phone after it is placed in. In addition, the 2 Uvc Leds containing in M1 inside can clean the phone and the cleaning cloth. Besides, people can take out the cleaning cloth component separately for cleaning. The top of the M1 can also provide wireless charging function.
