The recognition forms part of the 2023 - 2024 A' Design Award & Competition and was decided through blind peer review by an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members, who assessed anonymized entries against predetermined criteria.

Regarding Geely Galaxy E8 Electric Vehicle
Geely Galaxy E8 is a pure electric flagship sedan built on the Sustainable Experience Architecture. The exterior recalls the form of a tiger ready to run, with headlights that suggest an intense gaze. A one piece luminous front face is formed by more than ten thousand holes of 0.2 mm, made with micro hole laser engraving technology, which gives an even light distribution. Twenty five aerodynamic improvements bring the drag coefficient to 0.199. The smart cockpit holds a 45 inch 8K screen and ripple patterns drawn from Chinese cultural landscapes.

- The exterior captures the imagery of a tiger poised to rush, with headlights mimicking its intense gaze. These designs radiate Eastern allure. Designed with users in mind, the interior is roomy and opulent, offering improved user experiences. Geely evolves its super symbol, ripple, into a unique grille named Ripples of Light, and adorns the interior with ripples to evoke an ambience like being surrounded by the West Lake. This visual connection grants the brand with a distinct identity.

Inspired by traditional Chinese artistic interpretations of light, its exterior radiates a sleek and refined allure. Further enhanced by 25 aerodynamic improvements, it achieves a low drag coefficient of 0.199. - The luminous front face features over ten thousand 0.2mm holes, achieved by patented micro hole laser engraving technology. It meets safety and durability standards and ensures an even light distribution without revealing the base color. The exterior is available in six colors, echoing the beauty of seasonal landscape.
