Inspiration
Inspired by Brazilian modernist architecture from the 1950s, Orla 55 was developed as part of the Tropicos conceptual framework created for coastal developments. The project combines architectural research, modernist principles and contemporary design methodology to create a coherent visual identity system aligned with architecture, cultural context and lifestyle, reinforcing consistency between brand language and built environment.
Research
The project combines historical research, cultural analysis and strategic positioning to create a brand identity rooted in Brazilian modernism and adapted to the coastal context. Every brand touchpoint, from physical signage to digital platforms, was designed to provide a seamless and intuitive experience. The identity and aesthetic, aligned with the coastal lifestyle, ensure consistency, recognition, and a sense of belonging for residents and visitors. From sales materials to on site applications, Orla 55 extends the promise of design quality into a tangible and aspirational living experience.
Project Duration and Location
The project started in February 2024 in Itajai, Santa Catarina, and was finalized in February 2025. It is currently in the final stage of preparation for the official launch.
