Είναι αφοσιωμένο στο κινεζικό παραδοσιακό κρασί (λευκό κρασί, κρασί ρυζιού, κίτρινο κρασί ρυζιού, κρασί φρούτων, κ.λπ.) σε συνδυασμό με τη σύγχρονη τάση να κάνει νέα κινεζική έκφραση, διεθνή έκφραση.
