Η Casa Della Quercia είναι μια μονοκατοικία χτισμένη σε πανοραμικό οικόπεδο πλαγιάς με μια αιωνόβια βελανιδιά. Ο μοναδικός υπέργειος όροφος καλύπτει 105 τετραγωνικά μέτρα και φιλοξενεί δύο υπνοδωμάτια, μια κουζίνα, ένα μεγάλο καθιστικό και δύο μπάνια. Η πισίνα βρίσκεται σε προστατευμένη αυλή στο πίσω μέρος, με μικροκλίμα κατάλληλο για τις ενδιάμεσες εποχές, ώστε ο μπροστινός κήπος να παραμένει ανοιχτός. Ένα κεντρικό φωταγωγό φρεάτιο φέρνει φως και αέρα στα δωμάτια του υπογείου. To reduce summer radiation, the large windows have a custom designed sliding dark wood system. There is also a sunscreen on the southwestern facade.

- The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
