Pri Sant Andrea Loĝdomo

Sant Andrea estas loĝdomo situanta en Caxias do Sul, en la ŝtato Rio Grande do Sul, en suda Brazilo. La konstruaĵo havas dek ses etaĝojn, kun unu apartamento po etaĝo. Ĉiu apartamento havas 200 kvadratajn metrojn da privata areo kaj tri sekcio-ĉambrojn (suites). La formo estas alta vertikala volumeno markita de vertikalaj kaj horizontalaj linioj. Balkonoj kun nudaj betonaj platoj kaj lignaj brise-soleil-paneloj donas al la fasado senton de movado. La enirejo estas markita de granda ligna volumeno kiu etendiĝas al la strato. Keramikaj kaheloj ankaŭ estas uzataj sur la fasadoj.

Sant Andrea Loĝdomo estas gajninto de la Bronza A' Design Award, tre prestiĝa rekono donata al elstaraj dezajnoj distingitaj per kreemo, ingenieco kaj sagaco. La Bronzaj gajnintoj estas abunde lertaj kaj frape kreemaj artefaktoj, kiuj aŭtentikigas la vastan sperton, imagpovon kaj elturniĝemon de siaj dezajnistoj. Oni atendas, ke Sant Andrea Loĝdomo estu tre estimata, admirata kaj ŝatata objekto, kiu estas rimarkinde profesia kaj nova. Ĉi tiu dezajno gajninta la Bronzan A' Design Award enkorpigas plej bonajn praktikojn en arto, scienco, dezajno kaj teknologio, kaj estas bonega pro sia atento al detaloj. Unikaj Ecoj: Volumetrically, the structure is constituted of an ample vertical monolith marked by your vertical and horizontal lines. The balconies with apparent concrete slabs and wood brises make the facade unique, bringing the ideia of movement to the building. The Acess is marked by a big wood volume that moves towards the street and welcomes the residents
Dimensioj kaj Pakado: The development consists of a residential building with 16 floors, one apartment per floor. Totaling 200.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with three suites. Social area with more than 70.00 square meters consisting of an entrance hall, a large living room, gourmet space and balcony. Site area are 720,00 square meters and the Gross Area: 4.940,00 square meters.

Produkta Teknologio: In this building we cherish the quality of products and finishes. For that, ceramic tiles, apparent concrete and wood brises were used in the facades.
Dizajna Defio: The challenge of this project was make a building that was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Esplorado: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Inspiro: The idea was to make a product that would serve the target audience of the building. People who open themselves to new proposals that value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and design value in all the products they consume.
Projekta Daŭro: The project it is located in Caxias do Sul, a town in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
Funkcia Fluo: The better result and perform pass by the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, conscious consuption of water, termoacustic confort, discharge correct and recycling, photovoltaic panels, eletric car charger.
