R Fitness estas fitnesa studio interioro en Ŝanhajo, Ĉinio, kovranta 550 kvadratajn metrojn. Lumo estas uzata kiel la ĉefa dezajna materialo. Ruĝa skatolforma koridoro konektas la enirejon al la trejnejo kaj estas formita per LED-tuboj de diversaj grandecoj kaj rustimuna ŝtala speguloj kun akvorimena finaĵo. Oblikva metala reto kovras la spacon kaj eĥas la blankajn liniojn sur la planko. La lumigado povas esti ŝanĝata inter ruĝa por mallonga fortotrejnado kaj blanka por regula trejnado kaj ripozo. La originala solida fasado estis anstataŭigita per francaj fenestroj.

- The designer suspended the slogan "People need smile, life need fitness" of R Fitness in the form of luminous characters hanging in the air, which can be seen at a specific angle, adding to the fun of the space. The red box-shaped aisle connects the entrance to the fitness area. It is composed of LED lamp tubes with different sizes and stainless steel water corrugated mirrors. In the reflection of light and shadow, the light and red color overlap and intersect, full of a sense of drama.

- The project covers a total of 550 square meters. The original facade of the project was wall, the designer convinced the client to break down the solid wall to shape it with French window.

The designers designed the lighting of the whole room, white and red lights can be switched at random, and with background music correspondingly, it meets the needs of different types of courses.

- With the improvement of living standards, people need to exercise and relax according to their needs, and the fitness studio was born. XU Studio bring the concept of "light" into the design. Through lighting, simple materials have also become rich and interesting. With lighting settings, they can freely Switch scenes, red lights are used for short-term strength training, and white is used for regular training and relaxation.

- Light has been incorporated into many works by many artists to convey the philosophy contained in it. The way light and space interact, sometimes light sculpts space, other times space shapes light. R Fitness, a new fitness brand, provides students with professional strength training. Designers hope to shape the space through the light, and stimulate the students' desire for sports and fitness with strong visual impact.

- Taking it into account that the second floor lateral entrance was not conducive to visual guidance, designers used the street exhibition surface to fully present the circular shape in the interior space with the store facade to the urban interface. And multi-effect facade lighting devices were installed on the street exhibition surface, allowing R Fitness to talk to people in the city in a special way at night.
