Jiruishe Loft Office es un proyecto de diseño de interiores de oficina ubicado en el distrito de Longhua, Shenzhen. El estudio ocupa un volumen compacto de 9,4 metros de largo, 3,9 metros de ancho y 4,4 metros de altura. Un espacio vertical constituye el centro del estudio y aporta luz natural y aire fresco. Un conjunto de mobiliario empotrado delimita este vacío central, integrando almacenamiento, un núcleo tecnológico, una escalera y una zona de bar. Los puestos de trabajo de libre elección y las áreas diseñadas para usos específicos favorecen la meditación, el trabajo individual, la lectura, la conversación y el trabajo en equipo.

Propiedades Únicas: Space can be transformed to adapt various working pattern for meditation, solo working, reading, chatting, teamwork etc. All these spaces are connected by a verticality space, which natural light and fresh air generously invited. The verticality space is the center of the studio, defined by a set of inbuilt furniture, integrating with storge, IT hub, staircase and bar area. There are mixed-use spaces, to support work activities, and more importantly to encourage communication and interaction.

Desafío de Diseño: The objectives are to create a workplace which is firstly, space and cost efficiencies; secondly, easily adapted to different working setting; thirdly, highly collaborative; and finally, to build a community. In such a limited space, which is 9.4m in length 3.9m in width and 4.4m in height, how to achieve these objectives and how to accommodate different working pattern for knowledge workers are a challenge.
Investigación: Information technology has tremendous influential in shaping the office organization and office work. The use of the wireless network, the 5G and the handheld devices enable people to access the information and communication not only in the form of voice and text but also in the forms of image and video at almost any place and anytime. These technologies have enabled people to access information without losing the mobility and greatly transform office workplaces, making the office more foot-loose, more mobile, and more virtual in both physical and organizational terms.
Therefore, besides providing an anchor point in the increasingly virtual world, we deliberate to make it a hub, where offering a resource for networking, training, discussing and sharing knowledge, a place where people interact and into which employee and external collaborators alike can plug.
Inspiración: The loft office is in Longhua District Shenzhen, where there is a convenient public transportation hub, a booming business center and a plenty of cultural facilities. The whole space volume, which is 9.4m in length 3.9m in width and 4.4m in height, is under consideration in order to create a place for the studio in such a limited space. With a faith of technology changing workplace and mobile working, we see it as a workplace space experiment in the office design.

Flujo de Operación: Free address workstation and the provision of a range of purpose-design workplaces for different activities are used to create flexible space to accommodate various work, in order to support creativity and productivity. The centre of the studio is the functional clusters, which act as the main functional and supportive amenities on one hand and form the verticality space on the other hand.
