Acerca de Xinhe Group Headquarters Edificio de oficinas

La sede del Grupo Xinhe es un complejo de oficinas situado en Fuyang, provincia de Zhejiang. El emplazamiento está rodeado de pequeñas colinas y limita con el agua por tres de sus lados. Seis edificios de tres a cinco plantas se disponen a lo largo del lago siguiendo la topografía del terreno, lo que garantiza luz natural y amplias vistas al lago para las zonas de trabajo. El volumen se fragmenta en partes más pequeñas e integradas en el paisaje, en lugar de construirse como un único bloque de gran tamaño. El terreno fue en su día hábitat de aves acuáticas, y sus alas desplegadas inspiraron el concepto del ave en vuelo. La piedra, la madera, el vidrio y el metal se combinan en todo el conjunto.

Propiedades Únicas: The site is located in Lihu, Fuyang, surrounded by small hills and bordered by water on three sides. The building humbly blends into the local terrain. Inside, it maximizes the lake view for the office area. Outside, the building volume is fragmented and landscaped. There are six buildings, 3 to 5 floors each, arranged along the lake following the terrain. They ensure the best natural light and view.

Desafío de Diseño: How can the building integrate and coexist harmoniously with the surrounding lakes and hills? How can we protect the original ecological environment of the plot? And how can we maximize the utilization of the landscape resources?
Investigación: The Xinhe HQ is in Lihu, Fuyang. It's surrounded by small hills and has water on three sides. The building is designed to fit gently into the local landform.Inside, the office area makes the most of the beautiful lake view, offering a pleasant working environment. Outside, instead of being one large block, the building is divided into smaller parts and landscaped. There are six buildings, each 3 to 5 floors high. They are placed along the lake following the terrain, ensuring plenty of natural light and great views.The land was once a home for water birds. The way these birds spread their wings and their lively look inspired the design concept of a flying bird, which aligns with the client's goals.This HQ shows a new idea: office buildings can live in harmony with nature. By respecting and adapting to nature, the building becomes a link for a positive interaction with the natural world around it, demonstrating a new way of integrating architecture and the environment.
Inspiración: The land for this project used to be a habitat for water birds. The posture of their wings spreading and the sense of dynamism happen to match the client's ambition, so the design concept of the flying bird was thus determined. The Headquarter of the Xinhe proposes a new possibility, that is, the office building can interact harmoniously with nature. By respecting and conforming to nature, the building becomes a carrier for a good interaction with the natural environment.
