Teosest Hexa Plus Lõkkease

Hexa Plus on lõkkease, mis on mõeldud aedadele ja välisruumidele. Kuusnurkne kuju sobib kuue kuni kümne inimese seltskonnale, kes kogunevad tule ümber. Disain ühendab tulekausi keeduplaadi ja grilliga, mille saab seada kahele kõrgusele. Keeduplaat on valmistatud 10 mm terasplekist, mis tagab ühtlase kuumenemise ja hea soojusinertsi. Tugi hoiab boilerit tule kohal ning paagi küljele lõigatud logo varustab põlemist õhuga. Reguleeritavad jalad hoiavad toote stabiilse ja loodis. Korpus on valmistatud laserlõigatud plekist, mis on painutatud, keevitatud ja kaetud elektrostaatilise värviga.

Unikaalsed omadused: Hexa is a multifunctional garden product that can be used in any season with an innovative design, meant to take the experience of cooking and socializing outdoors to another level. Hexa Plus has the following features: Adjustable grill on 2 heights; Boiler support; 10 mm thick hob for good thermal inertia; Logo cut laterally on the tank - air supply for combustion; Adjustable feet to adjust the stability and adjust the horizontality of the product.

Disainiülesanne: The most difficult part was to be able to homogenize all the functions that the Hexa + firepit currently has and to identify the best option, considering functional and aesthetic features and cost optimization.
Uurimistöö: The vision was to create a multifunctional and practical product. The material from which the product is used restores the resistance of the product over time, the maintenance or rehabilitation of the product being easy, during use. Another advantage is that it is a perfect material for cooking, evenly heating the surface of the grill, hob, etc.
The tub, which is used for campfires or as a heater on cold days or evenings, is a solution to protect green spaces.
Inspiratsioon: The concept of this product was inspired by modern design stealth trends, having as main feature the pronounced edges, which gives the product strength, power and masculinity.
The hexagonal shape was chosen as the optimal surface for a number between 6-10 people who can enjoy socializing around a fire or for the outdoor cooking experience, by the side of multifunctional product.
The design of the grill lid is inspired by the shape of a diamond.
Projekti kestus: This project started in November 2019 and the final version of this product was launched in the summer of 2020. The design of this product is 100% Romanian and its production was carried out in Cluj County, Romania.
Tööprotsess: The grill is designed to prepare food and is made of 3mm sheet metal and steel, guaranteeing a high resistance over time. The grill holder and the tub are also made of 3 mm sheet metal. The grill pan is made of 10 mm steel sheet. The legs of the grill pan are made of 3 mm thick sheet, protected with paint in the electrostatic field.
The components of the grill pan are: Grill; Support grill; Stove; Bowl; Foot; Adjustable foot; Grill lid.
