Teosest Br Design Center Kontori sisekujundus

Br Design Center on kontori sisekujundus loomingulise töökoja jaoks Chongqingis, Hiinas. Kujundus järgib loft-tööstuslikku stiili. Vee-, elektri- ja tuletõrjetorud on jäetud seintel nähtavale. Ehitusplatsil taaskasutatakse taastatud materjale ning olemasolevad tööstuslikud elemendid on säilitatud. Hoone välispinnal kasutatakse kahekihilist metallvõrku, mis filtreerib liigset valgust, võimaldades samal ajal loomulikku valgustust ja ventilatsiooni. Katusele on paigaldatud enam kui 800 ruutmeetri suurune päikeseenergia fotogalvaaniline süsteem. Kihilised ruumid soodustavad suhtlust töötajate ja külastajate vahel.

Unikaalsed omadused: The design style of this case is deduced in the LOFT industrial style, using environmentally friendly, rough texture, strong color contrast, pop-style decoration language, and the re-utilization of recycled materials as much as possible, and the available materials recovered on the construction site. Through the later ingenious design, reflecting the moving details full of industry characteristics and humanistic feelings.
Mõõtmed ja pakend: The building skin is made of a double-layer grid structure, using a mesh metal mesh structure to filter excess light while ensuring natural lighting and ventilation, forming an effective sunshade system and increasing indoor energy consumption.

The Google-style office environment and freehand creative space not only provide Chuanmei students with a broad design internship platform, but also create a mature exchange and creative space for local home improvement designers in Chongqing.
Inspiratsioon: The Brothers Decoration Creative Workshop, a creative workshop integrating home culture, creative industries, smart technology, and environmental protection, draws on the design concepts and expression language of the energy-saving and environmentally friendly organic building A large number of pipes such as water, electricity and fire fighting facilities are exposed on the facade wall, presenting a unique and strong LOFT industrial style.
Projekti kestus: The project started in Chongqing, China in 2016, and was finally completed in Chongqing, China in 2019.
Tööprotsess: The building in this case is a new building, and the floor layout tends to be flat and closed. In order to enhance the unique stylization of the overall space and make the space full of tension and excitement, the design director Wen Zheping adopted complex but ingenious spaces and mistakes. The layered pattern, similar to the rhythmic relationship between strong and weak sound, enhances the interest of the space, and strengthens the efficient "departmental neighborhood system".
