Can Do Contractors Libanoko garatzaileak aginduta, Skygarden Villas Yalıkavak-eko itsaslabarrean dago kokatuta. Kontzepzio arkitektonikoa bilatu bitartean, funtzionaltasunaren, eraikuntzaren eta ustiapenaren ikuspuntutik egitura sinple eta arrazionala sortzea zen helburua. Etxebizitzek balkoiak, sabairainoko leihoak eta Mediterraneo itsasoaren ikuspegi panoramikoak eskaintzen dituzte. Eraikinaren barrualdeak barruko bizimodutik kanpoaldera modu organikoan isurtzeko egin ziren, pribatutasunari ere zentzu sendoa mantenduz.

Skgarden Villas Bizitegi-Garapena Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, sormenak, asmamenak eta zorroztasunak bereizten dituzten diseinu bikainei ematen zaien aitorpen oso prestijiotsua. Brontze-mailako irabazleak trebetasunez beteriko eta nabarmenki sortzaileak diren artefaktuak dira, beren diseinatzaileen esperientzia zabala, irudimena eta ekimena egiaztatzen dutenak. Skgarden Villas Bizitegi-Garapena oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den objektua izatea espero da, nabarmenki profesionala eta berritzailea dena. Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek artearen, zientziaren, diseinuaren eta teknologiaren praktika onenak biltzen ditu eta xehetasunei ematen dien arretagatik bikaina da. Skgarden Villas Bizitegi-Garapena beharrak bikain asetzen dituen, desirak ukitzen dituen, sentimenduak xarmatzen dituen eta jakin-mina erakartzen duen lana da.

Propietate Bereziak: A 11 villa residential development which is nestled on a cliff of Yalıkavak, The exterior of the Skygarden Villas showcases a refined material palette with a mixture of textures such as stone, concrete and glass combined with wooden panels. The use of soft colours allows the villas to blend with their surroundings and to achieve a natural look and feel. The balconies and terraces landscaped with lush plantings increase the contact with nature while enjoying the views. Each villa has an infinity pool which blends seamlessly with the horizon, inviting people to enjoy the sunshine.

Ikerketa: Commissioned by Lebanese developer Can Do Contractors, Skygarden Villas are nestled on a cliff of Yalıkavak. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces providing panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Inspirazioa: The emphasis of the project was to use the plot as best as possible to create villas wit maximum panoramic views while being able to maintain sizeable gardens. To respond to the challenge, eleven unique villas are designed in this development. Each with its own idyllic Aegean Sea view, these exquisite villas make Bodrum’s overwhelming natural beauty accessible from the comfort of fully furnished private residences.
Proiektuaren Iraupena: The project started in May 2018 in Bodrum, Turkey, and will be finished in 2020. Currently, it is under construction.
Eragiketa Fluxua: Each villa has been designed for their respective locations to make the best of the geographical
advantages of the area. The villas feature balconies and terraces where residents can enjoy the
stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The floor-to-ceiling windows contribute to the
luminosity of the interiors and offer excellent panoramic views. The
