Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club komunitate klub-etxe baten barrualdea da Qingdaon, Txinan, mendien eta itsasoaren artean kokatutako hiri batean. Klub-etxeak 4239 metro koadro hartzen ditu eta funtzio ugari kokatzen ditu egitura eskultoriko bakar baten barruan.
