Milano Living Green Bizitegi Konplexua Diseinuari Buruz

Milano Living Green Milanoko lehengo industria-eremu baterako diseinatutako bizitegi-konplexu bat da. Proiektuak dagoen eraikuntzaren bolumena berrerabiltzen du eta lorategi flotatzaileen kontzeptuari jarraitzen dio. Bi eraikinek tamaina askotariko 51 apartamentu dituzte, bakoitzak balkoiak eta altuera bikoitzeko lorategi pribatuak dituela. Elkarbanatutako espazioen artean sarrera-aretoa, barruko eta kanpoko atsedenlekuak, barruko igerileku bat eta zuhaitzez landatutako eremu berde zabalak daude. Apartamentuek energia-klase altuko estandarrak betetzen dituzte, eta horrek konplexuaren ingurumen-inpaktua murrizten du.
