DreamWorks Space Txinako Suzhou hirian goi-teknologiako enpresa baterako diseinatutako bulego bateko barnealdea da. Bulegoak 81,3 metro koadroko azalera du. Kubikulu tradizionalen ordez, banaketak muga finkoak kentzen ditu lan-eremu ireki bat sortzeko. Sabai kurbatu zirkular batek gela nagusiari forma ematen dio, espazio-kapsula baten itxura eskainiz. Portzelana-zuria eta urdin teknologikoa dira kolore nagusiak, eta lerro leunek izaera moderno bat gehitzen dute. Elementu tekniko adimendunak barnealde osoan zehar kokatuta daude. Proiektua 2020ko abenduan amaitu zen.
