Viti Stand Diseinuari Buruz

Urrezko proportzioen eta hipotesien printzipioak erabiliz sortutako monolito organikoa, hau da: sinpletasuna, funtzionaltasuna, segurtasuna, iraunkortasuna. Kolore beltz mate sakona eta gainazaleko ehundura argia zabaltzen dute eta haragiak murrizten dituzte. Naturaren formetan inspiratutako diseinua eta muntatutako gailuen egonkortasuna areagotzen eta bibrazioak murrizten dituzten urrezko proportzioetan oinarrituta. Ertz biribilduak eta eskura egokitutako heldulekua, baita pantaila muntatuta duten standak eramatea ahalbidetzen duten segurtasun neurriak ere.

Viti Stand Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, ondo diseinatutako sorkuntzetatik espero diren eskakizun profesional eta industrialak betetzen dituzten diseinu onei ematen zaien aitorpen prestijiotsua. Burdin-mailako irabazleek beren sortzaileen trebetasun handia, espezializazio handia, adituen ulermena eta sormen-gaitasuna erakusten dituzte. Viti Stand oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den sorkuntza izatea espero da, praktikoa eta berritzailea dena. Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek sektoreko praktika onenak integratzen ditu eta know-how-ari eta talentuari lotutako ezaugarri tekniko gaituak ditu. Viti Stand zehaztasunagatik errespetatua den lana da, eta mundua leku hobea egiten laguntzen duten bizi-kalitatearen hobekuntzak eskaintzeko diseinatua dagoena.

Propietate Bereziak: ViTi stand is a multifunctional video monitor installation system based on the principles of minimalism, functionality, intuition, aesthetics, safety and durability. Thanks to the use of golden proportions and an organic form, we have developed good structural stability and a slim shape. We reduced reflections by 95 percent by using light-absorbing paint.

Produkzio Teknologia: Models designed in 3D technology cut with CNC laser from structural steel sheet. The models processed with a bender into an acute angle. The sandblasting process covered all the elements that covered with a certified powder paint with a fine structure. The stands were serigraphy by created information boards, among others, about the degrees of inclination. The components combined in the assembly process into the finished product.
Diseinu Erronka: The challenge was to produce stands with our invented shape and rounded edges. It was a big challenge for us to find subcontractors who will comply with our requirements and meet our expectations.
Ikerketa: The aim of the study was to obtain a durable coating with a minimum degree of gloss on a steel streamlined surface. 4 tiles and their: hardness, gloss - photoelectric devices were tested. The factor determining these properties is the ratio of matting and hardening components. Techniques for processing rounded surfaces have been refined and the problem of light reflection has been eliminated, thanks to which the stage equipment can be durable and hardly visible in the camera.
Inspirazioa: Working on the stage, we encountered the problem of the lack of a system for installing video monitors. Based on many years of experience and Bauhaus concepts, we decided to create a multifunctional stand that meets our requirements: ergonomics, organic form, minimalism, functionality, intuitiveness, safety, durability. Using the golden ratio, mathematical concepts and material properties, we have achieved high stability and a harmonious shape inspired by nature.
Proiektuaren Iraupena: The project started in June 2020 in Warsaw and finished in May 2021.
Eragiketa Fluxua: The device is bolted to the mounting plate (Vesa), which is inserted onto the shoulder of the stand. The height shall be determined by selecting one of the openings of the arm by twisting the locking knob through it. The Loco model is additionally equipped with a function of changing the angle of the shoulder from 0 to 60 degrees. By selecting the right hole we set the angle and locking using a pin-lock. It allows exposure as a stand-alone form, stage design or multimedia installation. Viti stands can be used e.g. as: stage view, VJ or performer; a stand for a touch, display or gaming monitor; table or floor video element.
