Terrace Eraikin Egoiliarra Diseinuari Buruz

Terrace Brasilgo Picarras hirian, Santa Catarina estatuan, kokatutako oporretarako apartamentu-eraikin bat da. Eraikinak 59 unitate ditu 25 solairutan banatuta, 87 metroko altuera du eta 11.179 metro koadroko eraikitako azalera eskaintzen du. Apartamentu bakoitzak itsasora begira dagoen terraza handi bat du, eta errepikatzen diren terrazek fatxada monolitiko bat osatzen dute, beheko solairua goiko terraza kolektiboarekin lotzen duena. Oinarrian agerian dagoen hormigoi armatua panel korrigarriekin konbinatzen da apartamentuen egituretan. Diseinua tokian lehen zeuden hondartzako etxe zaharretan inspiratu zen.

Terrace Eraikin Egoiliarra Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, sormenak, asmamenak eta zorroztasunak bereizten dituzten diseinu bikainei ematen zaien aitorpen oso prestijiotsua. Brontze-mailako irabazleak trebetasunez beteriko eta nabarmenki sortzaileak diren artefaktuak dira, beren diseinatzaileen esperientzia zabala, irudimena eta ekimena egiaztatzen dutenak. Terrace Eraikin Egoiliarra oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den objektua izatea espero da, nabarmenki profesionala eta berritzailea dena. Brontzezko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek artearen, zientziaren, diseinuaren eta teknologiaren praktika onenak biltzen ditu eta xehetasunei ematen dien arretagatik bikaina da. Propietate Bereziak: What differentiates Terrace from the others, its direct competitors in the city of Picarras, Santa Catarina, Brazil; it is its monolithic design with the repetition of terraces, which connect the ground floor with its connection with the beach, up to the upper collective terrace.

Produkzio Teknologia: Basically the Terrace is based on the use of exposed reinforced concrete at its base in counterpoint with the high technology of sliding panels in the apartment frames, as well as the entire leisure area (over the garages and on the upper terrace). We bring in this project a duality, between exposed concrete and natural materials with the high technology of the frames and finishes of the apartments.
Diseinu Erronka: The research has always been based on contemporary design, where the user is part of the process, even after the construction of the building. We seek in the conceptual bases of the participative design, the premises for the creation of this project, allied in the technological bases and the thought of the relationship of this project with the future.
Ikerketa: The design research focuses on the use of balconies and how they interact with the facade, with the aim of transforming the relationship of a residential building into a visual landmark on the beach that will be built. Data collection was carried out by searching for images of similar projects and monolithic design, presenting as a real result in business and society, the direct relationship of users and pedestrians, in and around them, as an icon.
Inspirazioa: This project was inspired by the old beach houses, which were on the site, where they always had balconies and terraces facing the sea. This great detail was the inspiration behind the project.
Proiektuaren Iraupena: The project started in October 2020 in Itajai and was completed in August 2021 in Itajai, and construction began in December 2021 in the city of Picarras / SC - Brazil, with the schedule for completion of the work for November 2024.
Eragiketa Fluxua: Terrace allows the user to have apartments in a luxury condominium, facing the sea, with the characteristics of a residence with a large balcony - terrace, where the environments are connected by this large space.
