Floreasca Lakuaren ondoan kokatuta, One Floreasca Vista-k bere hiri ingurunea biziberritzen du, koherentzia eskainiz kaosaren erdian. Neurrira egindako apartamentu duplexak, lurzoruaren maldari egokitzeko diseinatuta, lorategi pribatuak erakusten dituzte. Hiru orientazio giltzarrik eragindako arkitekturak —kalea, lakua eta lurpeko metroa— giro dinamikoa orkestratzen du. Patio triangeluar erdi-pribatu batek konektagarritasuna sustatzen du, oinezkoentzako bideak ehunez ondoko egituretara eta bulebar bizidunerantz, espazio ireki eta itxien uztarketa perfektua sortuz.

Propietate Bereziak: On the shores of Lake Floreasca, One Floreasca Vista is a residential development that is considered urban regenerative in that it brings coherence, order to an unstructured area. The apartments are unique, designed according to the slope of the land, as duplexes opening onto their own gardens.The volume is made up of three determining orientations, the street, the lake and underground metro route. A semi-private triangular courtyard has been created as a chain of open and closed outdoor spaces

The concept proposes a comprehensive approach and looks beyond the boundaries of the property.

Eragiketa Fluxua: We have created a triangular courtyard-atrium, a pedestrian route to the neighbouring building with direct access to the main street.It's a boutique project in which apartments are unique, customized according to the slope of the land and orientation, resulting in duplexes with an opening to their own gardens.
