Cl7A Singapurreko denda-etxe (shophouse) baten igogailurik gabeko apartamentu baterako etxebizitza barnealdeko diseinua da. 978 oin karratuko etxeak bi logela, bi bainugela eta egongela eta jangela eremuekin lotzen den kontzeptu irekiko sukaldea ditu. Teilatu malkartsua, egurrezko habe ageriak zituena, jatorrizko shophouse unitatearen ezaugarri berezi gisa mantendu zen. Zoru zementu leunduak, egur epelak eta granitoak sakontasuna eta kontrastea ematen dute. Marra arkitektoniko sendoak errezel leunekin eta hautatutako artelanekin orekatzen dira.
