Borgio Verezzi hogei eta bi solairuko bizitegi eraikina da, Caxias do Sul hirian, Brasilgo hego muturrean kokatua. Etxebizitza produktu diferentziatu baten hautua garatzailearen eta arkitektura bulegoareen konbikzioa izan zen hasierako azterlanetatik. Bolumenikoki, eraikina monolito bertikal bat da, non ertzetan bolumenak kendu diren eta bertan balkoiak kokatzen diren. Borgio Verezzi Bizitegi Eraikina Urrezko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, lehen mailako, zoragarriak eta nabarmenak diren diseinuei ematen zaien aitorpen izugarri prestijiotsua. Urre-mailako irabazleak berrikuntzaz beteriko, ikuspegi handiko eta distiraz liluragarriak diren sorkuntzak dira, beren diseinatzaileen genioa, jakituria eta trebetasuna islatzen dutenak. Borgio Verezzi Bizitegi Eraikina oso goraipatua, joera-markatzailea eta monumentala den asmakizuna izatea espero da, balio aurrekaririk gabea eskaintzen duena. Urrezko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu hau proiektu ikusgarri eta errespetatua da, artearen, zientziaren, diseinuaren eta teknologiaren mugak oso onuragarriro zabaltzen dituena. Borgio Verezzi Bizitegi Eraikina desira-sentimendu biziak sortzen dituen, grina pizten duen, sormena bultzatzen duen eta liluratzen gaituen lana da.

Propietate Bereziak: Volumetrically, the structure is constituted of an ample
vertical monolith with suppressed volumes at its corners,
where are located great balconies that end up diminishing the
volume. The balconies are pushed and stretched for better
viewing and sunlight of each plane.
Neurriak eta Ontziratzea: The development consists of a residential building with
twenty-two floors, one apartment per floor. Totaling 280.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with four
suites. Social area with
more than 110.00 square meters consisting of an entrance hall, a
large living room, gourmet space and balcony. Site area are 1431,90 square meters and the Gross Area: 10.190,00 square meters.

Produkzio Teknologia: In this building we cherish the quality of products and finishes. For that, ceramic tiles, granites, apparent concrete and double glasses were used in the facades and other areas.
Diseinu Erronka: The challenge of this project was make a building that was no obvious product to be launched: all alternatives, to a greater or lesser degree, presented risks and opportunities. This configuration created a vital challenge to be overcome to distinguish itself from the existing market and the products offered by other companies.
Ikerketa: The building reflects a sober and contemporary architecture. The choice for a differentiated residential product has been a conviction of the developer and the architectural firm since its earliest studies. With this, arose the proposal of an authorial architecture that dialogue with the art and with plastic artists of the region. Surprise and daring in every detail, a custom product with originality, was the premise of this project.
Inspirazioa: The idea was to make a product that would serve the target audience of the building. People who open themselves to new proposals that value social interaction, are constantly seeking innovation and design value in all the products they consume.
Proiektuaren Iraupena: The project it is located in Caxias do Sul, a town in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The project is currently under construction.
Eragiketa Fluxua: The better result and perform pass by the idea of reduce the environmental impacts, and the building count with some solutions: Energy efficiency, conscious consuption of water, termoacustic confort, discharge correct and recycling.
