Propietate Bereziak: The concept of the design tries to facilitate a feeling of hotel-like but office space. Soft color and materials are used to present the hotel's exquisiteness and comfort. Of course, the functional that office workspace plane is to the basic and the most important of all.

To jump out these limits, the site plan is more focused on each room size. The lightly grey color and the area lighting compose the main style. Also, shutters and blinds are particularly used for eliminating the original window frame of the building.
