Tietoa: Ruyi Näyttelykeskus
Ruyi on näyttelykeskus, joka sijaitsee Longhun finanssikeskuksessa Zhengzhoussa, Kiinassa. Rakennuksen muoto perustuu Ruyihin, seremonialliseen valtikkaan, joka on Kiinassa perinteinen onnen symboli. Teräsrakenne luo rakennuksen kaarevan muodon. Koko julkisivu on päällystetty valkoisilla alumiinilevyillä. Jokainen levy on muotoiltu kaareksi, jolla on tarkkojen laskelmien perusteella määritetty erilainen kaarevuus. Levyt on liitetty yhteen muodostamaan virtaviivainen pinta. Rakennuksen pinta-ala on 1800 neliömetriä, ja se toimii maamerkkinä finanssialueella.

- The project is located in Longhu Financial Centre, Zhengzhou,China. Longhu Financial Centre is located in the Longhu area of Zhengdong New District. The North Longhu Financial Island is connected to the CBD of Zhengdong New District on the south side through a 3.7 kilometre long canal, forming a Ruyi shaped financial headquarters area.Therefore, the designer takes its meaning of good fortune and its shape as the landmark building, making it the city’s business card in the area.

- In this construction, steel structure is used to make a curved shape. The entire facade is covered by white aluminium plates with each plate processed into curves with different arcs through precise calculations.They are perfectly spliced to form a streamlined shape, forming a sense of modern technology and creating the charm of Ruyi. Every design detail is so fully displayed.

- Our biggest challenge during the construction process was how to achieve our design, the curved shape of the facade.The entire facade is covered by white aluminium plates with each plate processed into curves with different arcs through precise calculations. They are perfectly spliced to form a streamlined shape.
- Tutkimus
- Longhu Financial Centre is located in the Longhu area of Zhengdong New District. The North Longhu Financial Island is connected to the CBD of Zhengdong New District on the south side through a 3.7 kilometre long canal, forming a Ruyi shaped financial headquarters area,which is considered a finishing touch to the construction of Zhengdong New District. It represents the top image in the field of the Central Plains Economic Zone, and is responsible for the rise of Central China.

- The project design is inspired by the image of Ruyi. Ruyi, a ceremonial sceptre, as the name implies, everything goes well, is the traditional auspicious object for Chinese people. In ancient times, when the emperor met with foreign envoys, he also gave Ruyi as a sign of respect and friendship between the two countries.

- The project started in April 2019 in Zhengzhou and finished in February 2020 in Zhengzhou, and was exhibited in Zhengzhou in February 2020.
