Tietoa: Expobay Office Toimiston esittelytilan sisustussuunnittelu

Expobay Office on toimiston esittelytilan sisustus Shenzhenissä. Projekti kattaa 600 neliömetriä. Kolme kuutionmuotoista lasilaatikkoa sisältävät aulan, kokoushuoneen ja johdon toimistot. Muu tila virtaa näiden laatikoiden ympärillä ja on käsitelty ulkotilana, jossa katto, lattia ja seinät säilyttävät rakennuksen harmaan betonipinnan. Vihreä lasilaatikko riippuu aulan harmaan liuskekiviseinän yllä, ja suuri puu seisoo aulan oleskelutilassa. Pääasialliset materiaalit ovat terazzo, terazzoa jäljittelevä palonkestävä levy, vihreä karkaistu lasi ja ruostumaton teräs.

Ainutlaatuiset ominaisuudet: When the space is not just space interior, then its meaning is deeper and broader. Designers hope that people can feel it when they enter the lobby.The green glass box hanging over the gray slate wall of the lobby is the the space extension of the hall on the second floor. That's the clue of how the design understand space and the expression of where the design stand. A big tree in the center of lounge in the lobby keeps a conservation with the green glass box.

Tuotantoteknologia: The main materials in this project are terrazzo, imitating terrazzo anti-fire board, green tempered glass and stainless steel.
Muotoiluhaaste: What kind of the experience of office-displaying space can have an opportunity to change or affect people' stereotype of office space, which is a key challenging as well as an important opportunity for this case.
Tutkimus: Except the area of three cubic glass boxes, the rest is flowing internal space which are built as "outdoor" by idodesign team.The ceiling, the floor and the wall keep gray concrete texture of the building. Naturally, the opening staff office and relaxing place would occupy some areas of the "outdoor" space. There is a undulating hillside beside the opening stuff office, which looks like a flying object existing in this space wrapped by reinforced concrete.
Inspiraatio: The client hopes that the possibilities of the office space and its influence could be renew and defined through this case. To show people how the technology is compatible with the nature, how privacy exists with publicity and how cautiousness coexists with casualness. The meaning and inspiration of the project are derived from these.
Projektin kesto: The project started in May 2020 in Shenzhen and finished in July 2021 in Shenzhen.
Toimintaprosessi: The design team create the design and practice it through a way of building dramatic scenes and courageous space forms.
