Magpie on lintua muistuttava pöytävalaisin, jossa on taittuvat siivet. Valaisin vaihtaa kolmen asennon välillä yhdellä kosketuspainikkeella, joka sijaitsee sen sylinterimäisen rungon pohjassa. Toisessa asennossa pää nousee ja valo kirkastuu, mikä soveltuu toimisto- ja opiskelukäyttöön. Kolmannessa asennossa siivet avautuvat kokonaan ja laajempi alue valaistuu. Runko on valmistettu metallista kullanvärisellä pintakäsittelyllä, ja varjostin on tehty läpikuultavasta materiaalista.
