Glass Library on valaistusratkaisu kirjastolle, joka sijaitsee kolmitasoisen jaetun lasirakennuksen sisällä. Yleisvalaistus pidetään pehmeänä ja tasaisena, jotta lukeminen pysyy miellyttävänä päivänvalon vaihdellessa. Riippuvien teräsputkien sisään kätketyt LED-nauhat luovat virtaavan valokehän. Uppoasennetut lattiavalaisimet korostavat pylvästä ja huomioseinää, kun taas räätälöidyt uppoasennetut korostusvalaisimet nostavat esiin esineet. Muotoiluhaaste: Constraints are that the external glass structure gives rise to the aesthetic issue in providing electricity for lighting, supple lighting covering the spacious and non-partitioned three split levels construction and budget constraint that banned the usage of dimming system which caused the difficulties on balanced of light intensity. Also, the project is mounting the accent light inside the 60mmx55mm height steel rod, the custom made fixture to achieve the hierarchy effect perfectly for aim of high transparency purpose. Blend of aesthetic treatment and practicality.

As in Hemingway’s “A Clean, Well-Lighted Place”, there is always a place for the hustle-and-bustle people to catch up with serenity. The way that revives flagging city spirits.
