Part Timers Dignity est une conception d'application mobile destinée aux travailleurs à temps partiel et aux propriétaires de commerces en Corée. L'application réunit au sein d'un même système une interface dédiée aux travailleurs à temps partiel et une autre destinée aux gérants. Les employés peuvent calculer leur salaire horaire, consulter leur contrat et vérifier les informations relatives à leur compte bancaire. Les messageries individuelles et de groupe facilitent les demandes de remplacement de poste et la gestion des plannings urgents. Un agent conversationnel explique les lois et procédures applicables en cas de situation injuste. Élaborée à partir d'enquêtes de terrain, cette conception encourage la courtoisie, la responsabilité et le respect au travail.

- We were able to finalize the design through the process of integrating the opinions of the part timer and the store owner by asking a number of questions, such as how you responded to an uncomfortable situation and what features you would like to have.
- Inspiration
- After the team members experienced part time jobs, not only the part time workers but also the store owners saw that various uncomfortable situations occurred, and through the survey, i found out that these situations occur a lot, and i started designing the app to further improve the work environment.

- Started in 2016 and revised in 2021. it was exhibited at the kaywon college of arts Design exhibition.
- Flux Opérationnel
- As an application like the kakao platform, it consists of a page for part timers and the store owner in one app. on the part timer page, it is possible to calculate hourly wage, check the contract, and check the bank account, etc. in addition, by introducing individual chat and private chat, it is useful when forming a personal chat between part timers and employers, and group chats among part timer to seek a replacement or to discuss time for urgent circumstances. if you are experiencing an unreasonable situation, you can quickly get an explanation of the relevant legislation and specific procedures through the chatbot in the app.
