Binhai Second Sub est un centre d'optométrie situé à Tianjin. L'intérieur, d'une superficie de 373 mètres carrés, réunit des éléments médicaux, commerciaux et artistiques. La façade présente une forme épurée animée par des variations chromatiques dynamiques. Des arcs sobres s'intègrent à l'agencement intérieur pour sculpter l'espace. Un parcours de circulation clair exploite pleinement la surface limitée. Le deuxième niveau accueille le centre d'examen, où une conception à grande portée crée une atmosphère calme et ouverte. Les matériaux comprennent le bois, des plafonds métalliques, des plantes vertes, du verre nanométrique électrifié et des canapés en cuir sur mesure.
