Gin and Chuan est un projet de design intérieur de restaurant situé au cœur de Hongqiao Est, à Shanghai, en Chine. D'une superficie de 2 000 mètres carrés, le projet comprend dix salons privés et peut accueillir 200 convives. Le design associe un style international suisse contemporain à l'art céramique de Jingdezhen. Les pièces en céramique sur mesure sont façonnées à la main à Jingdezhen et cuites à 1 400 degrés, si bien que chaque pièce est unique. L'intérieur fait référence à la culture Bashu et à la cuisine du Sichuan, et marie cette tradition culinaire au whisky. Le projet a été achevé en 2022.

- “Gin and Chuan”restaurant project is located in the center of Shanghai East Hongqiao. It connects many business circles such as Tianshan Hongqiao and Gubei, and its geographical location is unique. Relying on the Great Hongqiao Hub, “Gin and Chuan”Restaurant has superimposed the dual empowerment of Hongqiao Central Business District and Changning District. This is bound to become the new top class.
