Une résidence privée construite sur un site face à deux routes dans un quartier résidentiel calme. L'extérieur, visible de l'extérieur, a une forme ordonnée, assurant une ouverture modérée tout en protégeant l'intimité des résidents. L'intérieur est modérément ouvert et a une étendue visuelle. De plus, conformément à la forme du site, les deux plans se croisent à des angles différents au centre, et l'espace créé ici relie doucement les pièces. - Considering the heat insulation performance and durability performance of the building, the wooden structure mainly adopted in Japan was adopted. Furthermore, in Japan, it is a big challenge to create an excellent design while ensuring the strength to withstand the frequent large earthquakes.
- Recherche
- In a large connected space with varying angles and heights, the volume of the room is large and energy consumption loss is considered. We will collect data by improving the outer skin performance and heat insulation performance, utilizing sunlight and high-performance air conditioners, and regularly measuring the temperature to see if it can be solved as a zero energy house. In addition, we regularly visit third parties to explore their experiences.
- Inspiration
- At the planned site, the field of view spreads in each direction. The idea is to feel the size of the room while staying indoors, and to incorporate the scenery that can be seen beyond the room into the room, and live with a rich sense of feeling. Two planes that match the shape of the site overlap in the center, and the blank space between them serves as an architectural device that gently connects the residents.
