Texte du livre : Le projet est conçu comme un complexe résidentiel contemporain implanté sur un terrain d'angle au sein d'un paysage montagneux boisé. Deux volumes élégants aux toitures en pente réinterprètent l'architecture alpine à travers des lignes épurées, des proportions raffinées et une palette de matériaux sobre. Un jardin central aux allées sinueuses relie les bâtiments et les espaces partagés, renforçant le lien entre l'architecture et la nature. Les façades associent des surfaces minérales, de grandes ouvertures vitrées et des touches de bois, créant un équilibre entre solidité, chaleur et sophistication tout en valorisant la lumière, l'intimité et les vues.

- The Monte Lussari Residential project arose from the desire to establish a harmonious dialogue between contemporary architecture and the vernacular architecture of Gramado. The layout of the two buildings was carefully thought out to enhance both the existing vegetation and the topography of the hill where they are located.
- Dimensions & Emballage
- Residencial Monte Lussari covers a total area of 5,000 m² and houses 38 apartments with two and three suites. From the outset, the project was conceived with the goal of introducing a contemporary style in a respectful and harmonious way within the context of the tourist city of Gramado, whose architectural identity is strongly influenced by the German colonial style. This approach is realized through the use of universal materials and a refined aesthetic, which lend the building a contemporary feel without disrupting its local character.

The composition emphasizes solidity and materiality through the use of exposed concrete, stone, and wood, creating an architecture that is warm, durable, and strongly connected to traditional building culture. Shingle tiles, applied both on the roof and on vertical wall surfaces, reinforce this historical reference while also giving the project formal unity, sophistication, and a distinct identity. The result is a building that balances memory and innovation, tradition and contemporaneity, with a precise and timeless architectural expression.

- The main challenge was reconciling the client's needs with the requirements of municipal legislation. To achieve this, we fully explored the site's potential, enhancing its natural elements and seeking architectural solutions that respected the urban and environmental context.
- Recherche
- The project's starting point was a careful analysis of the site's constraints, considering aspects such as solar orientation, existing planning, privileged views, and the unique character of the Gramado region. Based on this assessment, we sought architectural references that reflected the desired atmosphere: a sober and contemporary building that simultaneously provided comfort and well-being to its users.
- Inspiration
- The Monte Lussari Residential was designed to interact respectfully and harmoniously with the city of Gramado. Inspired by the region's predominant German vernacular architecture, the project seeks to integrate with the local urban and cultural context. The proposal combines contemporary and traditional elements, highlighting this fusion in the choice of materials and the attention paid to the city's architectural and landscape characteristics.
- Durée du Projet
- The project is located on a hill in the Bavária neighborhood of the tourist city of Gramado, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Construction is currently scheduled for completion in 2025.
- Flux Opérationnel
- The development consists of three distinct blocks. The largest, a strip building, houses 24 units; the smallest has 14 units. Both buildings offer a variety of typologies, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as duplex units. The development's leisure area was located between the two residential blocks a low-rise building, carefully adapted to the topography of the land.
