La Médaille du Marathon de Poznań est une animation promotionnelle réalisée pour présenter la médaille du vingtième Marathon PKO de Poznań. L'animation montre de petits éléments s'assemblant pour former la médaille, chaque élément symbolisant une année de l'histoire du marathon. Le ruban de la médaille est imprimé de photographies historiques issues de toutes les éditions de l'événement, disposées par ordre chronologique. La médaille mesure 80 sur 80 sur 7 millimètres et est coulée en acier et en argent. L'animation a été produite en résolution 4K afin d'encourager les inscriptions à la course anniversaire.

- The idea to create the animation and design of the medal was 20 years of the history of the Poznan Marathon. The small elements that make up the medal symbolize each year. The medal's lanyard is printed with historical photos from all marathon editions arranged in chronological order.
