An Dearadh

Maidir le Expandy Oifig

Is é seo oifig cuideachta a onnmhairíonn táirgí ó ar fud na Seapáine thar lear. Tá sé suite ar an dara hurlár de stóras lóistíochta ollmhór na cuideachta. Bhí go leor pléanna ag an úinéir Spáinneach agus ag dearthóir Seapánach chun cinneadh a dhéanamh ar an dearadh intí. Is é téama an deartha ná intí garbh, dinimiciúil agus neamhorgánach aontonach cosúil le seanstoráas san Eoraip nó sna Stáit Aontaithe. Mar sin féin, dá mbeadh gach rud aontonach, d'éireodh sé ró-neamhorgánach agus ní bheadh sé mar an dearadh is fearr do spás oifige lena n-oibríonn, agus mar sin cuireadh seiftiúlacht i ngach cuid chun dearadh oiriúnach a chruthú do spás oifige.

Pacáiste Preasa

Creidiúintí, baill foirne agus sonraí teicniúla curtha ar fáil ag an dearthóir.

Airíonna Uathúla: The theme of the interior design, a rough, dynamic, inorganic monotone space like an old warehouse in Europe or America, can be too inorganic and may not be the best design for an office space.
So, by installing a louvered ceiling finished in the client's three logo colors and placing colorful potted plants, accents are added to the inorganic space, making it a design suitable for an office space.
Toisí & Pacáistiú: Project area : 115.89 sqm / Category : Office
Clibeanna: office , sloping roof , wood wool cement board . paint , louver ceiling , , PVC tile , LUSTYdesign , Shunsuke Ohe
Teicneolaíocht Táirgthe: Ceiling : cloth , wood / Wall : wood wool cement board , cement , cloth / Floor : pvc tile
Dúshlán Deartha: The client's previous office space was outdated and lacking in design, but the renewed space has motivated the staff and improved the impression of the client's clients, which has contributed to the development of their business.
Taighde: The building itself is old, and its strength and insulation are difficult to maintain, so appropriate measures were taken to prevent them from interfering with the design.
Inspioráid: This is the office of a company that exports products from all over Japan. It is located on the second floor of the company's vast logistics warehouse. The theme of the interior design is a rough, dynamic, inorganic monotone space like an old warehouse in Europe or America.
The Spanish owner and the Japanese designer combined their different sensibilities and decided on the design after many discussions.
Fad an Tionscadail: Project Duration : From February 2024 to May 2024
Project location : Hyogo(Japan)
Sreabhadh Oibríochta: The space was laid out while carefully simulating the expected movement lines of staff and visitors.
It is not a large space, but it is an efficient layout with no waste. The president's office is located at the very back of the space, and the glass partition gives the space a sense of spaciousness and allows the president and staff to communicate effectively.
