To meet a short period of construction; low cost; flexibility for future modifications; possibility of mobility and use of the precepts of sustainability for the whole construction, it was very difficult to gather all these concepts. The research was very long to bring all this together with aesthetics, functionality and innovation. All the choices had a motive that justified their use! To have a good project, nothing can be by chance ...

- For future modifications, the design was based in modules and the glass was glued at the structure to assure flexibility without losing materials. The use of the reflective laminate glass allows an interaction between who is inside with everything outside the house, during the day. At night, if you have more light inside, fixtures on the ground around the house with strong light guarantees the privacy. Also the blinds inside, make a balance of privacy! Another highlight is the mimicking effect that reflective glass creates and makes the architecture disappear in the landscaping!
