Xifang Vanke Liangyujiuyuan é un conxunto de salas modelo deseñadas para presentar dous fogares con personalidades distintivas. Os interiores abranguen 93 e 156 metros cadrados e están construídos con coiro, metal e mármore. Bases sinxelas en branco e gris claro combínanse con toques de verde oliva, téxtiles e obras de arte. O chapado de nogueira de veta fina atópase con superficies de mármore branco suave, formando unha composición serena con áreas abertas. A segunda sala modelo segue unha temática de carreiras e crea unha atmosfera visual tridimensional e envolvente. A circulación compacta mantén o espazo habitable aberto e luminoso.

Investigación: The indoor moving line is compact and simple, open wide and bright living space, and take the white and light gray as the foundation with high tolerance, the part uses the soft decoration, the artwork to make up the individuality olive green tone; the simple and unadorned wallpaper, the wainscoting harmonizes the rich texture, to reflect the elegant atmosphere.
Inspiración: Today, we are going to share two examples of model houses. They all start from the owners'respective interests and interests. Inspired by art and design, they mix the theme of coldplay with simplicity to form a tacit balance, let the seemingly different style and the unique mark of a family.
Duración do Proxecto: The project began in Shanghai in August 2020 ，and was completed in Hangzhou in December 2020
Fluxo de Operacións: The Second Model House is designed to create a racing-themed immersive atmosphere, challenging the sensory perceptions between reality and fiction, reality and fantasy by shaping the three-dimensional visual sense of the space. The first floor as a family entertainment, activities of the public area, with the pattern of open, transparent vision of the advantages. Large into the deep dining room horizontal layout, to the top of the sliding doors and the boundaries of the inner and outer space. The fine-line Walnut Veneer serves as a large-scale soft white marble underlay, which is combined into a simple painting with large blank space. Daylight flows, showing the natural beauty and various levels.
