Golden Spikes é un centro de recepción con tres casas modelo, completado en Taiwán en 2021. O interior está disposto como un teatro, coa maqueta de vivenda situada no centro como escenario principal. Elementos en arco suxiren cortinas de escena, e reixas superpostas con unha pantalla de cortina metálica separan a área de vendas. O teito está feito de painéis ovais de aceiro inoxidable escuro, e as arañas de luces evocan estrelas no ceo. Unha escaleira de caracol conduce aos visitantes ao piso superior, de xeito que o proxecto pode contemplarse desde todos os ángulos. Os tons malva claros, o vidro e o metal acentúan as gradacións de luz e sombra.

Propiedades Únicas: The design team made a beveled facade door to avoid western exposure, and on the other hand, through the different materials to present subtle gradations of light and shade at different times of the day, to convey an extraordinary feeling. Eliminated the feeling of declining ceilings by designing the grilles layer by layer. The first layer is a transparent grille, and the second layer is a substantial grille. The third layer is a metal curtain, the set of indirect lighting for the metal curtain gives it the function of a stage curtain, and behind the metal, the curtain is the sales area.
Dimensións e Embalaxe: This project is 727 square meters in size and includes a reception center and three showhouses. The reception center includes a project introduction area, reception area, sales area, VIP reading room, etc. The show house on the ground floor is 79 square meters and the show houses on the second floor are 56 square meters and 95 square meters.

Tecnoloxía de Produción: The main stage focuses on the housing model, the ceiling is made of oval dark stainless-steel panels and the chandeliers resemble the stars in the sky as if people can touch the starry sky to convey the high-rise characteristics of the project. In addition, the relationship between visitors and the project is not just a (one-way relationship) between the auditorium and the stage, the design team set the route to the second floor here to allow visitors to experience the project from a 360-degree view.
Reto de Deseño: The arc in the field is not a regular circle, and it is impossible to describe the abstract concept of it, so there must be more complicated operations before construction. For example, the blueprint must be gridded and then compared to the construction site, the simulation results are then used to modify and compared again. The process is not harsh but it requires a lot of patience so that the arcs can be perfectly staggered in space. The design of the spiral staircase also takes into account the slope and the structure of the support, and after repeated modifications to present the flawless stage.
Investigación: The project is presented in the form of a (theater), and the design team uses an arc design to symbolize the curtain to outline the exciting play. The theater-style reception center has three breakthroughs, the first is to break the shackles of the team in design, the second is to use the spiral staircase to break the boundary between the visitors and the stage, and the third is to use the theater opening to connect the reception center and the show house to the commercial space and residential.
Inspiración: The project on the 35th floor in Banqiao is a landmark building in the area. In order to highlight the characteristics of the project, the design team made the reception center like a stage, the project is the main character, and the visitors can participate in the fabulous performance. The design team used arc elements to present the curtain of the stage and used various materials to shape the appearance of the theater, focusing the project on the center of the main stage and conveying the feeling of majestic and extraordinary tension.
Duración do Proxecto: The project finished in July 2021 in Taiwan.
Fluxo de Operacións: One show house on the second floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, another has three bedrooms and one bathroom, and the show house on the ground floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space with four bedrooms and two bathrooms is planned for a large family. The whole design is classically ornate, with light tones of mauve, glass, and metal elements to emphasize gradations of light and shade. The grille and the trim set the classical theme, while the layered ceiling and the gray mirror eliminate the problem of beam coping.
