Propiedades Únicas: The sea-facing residential interior design of W.Residence successfully combines modern aesthetics with functionality, creating a harmonious living space. The design elements contribute to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for a family with two young children and elderly individuals.
Dimensións e Embalaxe: The interior design area is 166 square meters. The design layout consists of living room, dining room and 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 4 bathrooms.

Tecnoloxía de Produción: The installation of a projector adds a touch of luxury and entertainment, providing residents with the ultimate visual and auditory experience. The lightweight furnishings offer spatial flexibility, allowing for easy rearrangement and adaptation to different needs and activities.

The curved false ceiling light troughs bring dimensionality to the space, adding visual interest and depth. The use of wooden panels and display shelves integrates natural elements into the design, creating a warm and organic feel. Additionally, the hidden corridor doors contribute to a minimalist style, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.

The choice of soft beige hues throughout the space creates a sense of unity and tranquility. The organic furnishings, such as the marble table and leather chairs, add a natural and tactile element, further enhancing the overall sense of well-being in the space.
