Majlis gida ne na kulob mai zaman kansa da aka tsara don karɓar baƙi a Dubai. Sunan Majlis kalma ce ta larabci da ke nufin wurin taro na yau da kullun, kuma a al'adar larabawa kalmar tana kuma nufin gine-ginen da aka gina don karbar baƙi cikin zaman kansa. Ginin mai bene ɗaya yana da tsari mai siffar harafin L a kan fili mai fadin mita 60 zuwa 60. Tsarin ya haɗa da wuraren zama da cin abinci na yau da kullum da na musamman, ɗakunan kwana biyu masu ɗakin wanka na kansu, ofis, da kuma wani ɗakin ba da hidima daban wanda ke da girke-girke. Zanen Majlis Gidan Kulob na Keɓantacce ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na musamman waɗanda ke da ƙirƙira, basira da hikima. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Majlis Gidan Kulob na Keɓantacce ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Wannan zane da ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla yana haɗa mafi kyawun ayyuka a fasaha, kimiyya, zane da fasahar zamani, kuma yana da kyau saboda kulawarsa ga cikakkun bayanai. Siffofi Na Musamman: "Majlis" is the Arabic word for a formal living/gathering space; however in the Arabic culture the meaning could be extended to any dwelling or building that is built specifically for private hospitality by the owner towards his guests.

This building is designed as a ground floor premises comprising of formal and casual living and dining spaces, 2 ensuite bedrooms, an office, and a detached service block that serves an in-house kitchen.
Girma da Fakitin: The building is a ground floor L- shaped building in a 60mx60m square plot.

Fasahar Samarwa: The building employs a canopy offering shading to the tripple glazing glass envelope to protect from the harsh weather conditions of the desert climate. The materials chosen are natural organic materials, such stone cladding and marble interiors for a cooler feel, that responds well to the existing climate conditions . The vegetation proposed helps act as a buffer for the heat transmittance and provide natural shading with interesting shadows.
Ƙalubalen Zane: The challenges in this design were the location of the building and the continuous request for expansion by the client.

With respect to the location, the designated spot is a low wetland where the rainwater gets concentrated underground. This requiring a different and innovative structural approach without compromising the design.
Bincike: Apart from the study of the condition of the site location being on a wetland called by the locals as "Sabkha", the shape needed to open up to embrace the beauty of the natural surroundings. Another factor that was added to the mix was the element of surprise, where the entrance to the building is located in the Southern end with solid facade, where once inside the view opens up to the site's unique characteristics overlooking Burj khalifa view and a beautiful horizon.
Wahayi: The club house gets its inspiration from the idea of merging between the old and the new in the Arabian culture, where the concept of hospitality is at the core, while the Arabian oasis in the desert is the nostalgia that modern arabs likes to merge alongside their contemporary lifestyle.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project is located in Dubai, and it is still in the design phase stage.
Tsarin Aiki: The majlis operates in a way that allows it to accommodate a large number of guests within the space. The layout is divided into 3 zones each with its own service corridor, circulation and supporting spaces for utilities. The view of the building is more open to the northwest side of the plot where the vital areas can enjoy the sunset view of Burj Khalifa in the distant horizon.
