Karloca otel ne wanda aka tsara a matsayin cibiyar taro da walwala don matafiya na kasuwanci da iyalai. Ginin yana da hawa bakwai da fadin murabba'in mita 15,000, dauke da falo, mashaya, wurin walwala, wurin sauna da dakunan baki. Ayyukan al'umma suna raba babban fili guda daya a bude, inda sauye-sauyen kayan aiki masu laushi ke nuna iyakar kowane yanki. Wani gunki mai fasaha a falon yana aiki a matsayin gidan kofi na Turkiyya kuma yana tunatar da tarihin gida. Kayan asali marasa sarrafawa suna samar da rufin waje, yayin da manyan saman gilashi ke rike da cikin gini haske.

Zanen Karloca Otel ya lashe Kyautar A' Design Award ta Tagulla, wata karramawa mai tsananin daraja da ake bai wa zane-zane na musamman waɗanda ke da ƙirƙira, basira da hikima. Waɗanda suka lashe kyautar Tagulla kayayyakin fasaha ne masu ƙwarewa da ƙirƙira mai ban mamaki waɗanda ke tabbatar da babban gogewa, tunani da dabarun masu zanensu. Ana sa ran zanen Karloca Otel ya zama abu da ake girmamawa sosai, ake sha'awa da ƙauna, mai ƙwarewa da ƙirƙire-ƙirƙire. Siffofi Na Musamman: The main goal was to create a conference and wellness centre suitable for businessmen and families. Community functions are accommodated in a large space with an organic flow in which the boundaries of each area are indicated by subtle changes of the material used. In the lobby of the hotel, a sculpture-like mass has been placed in a space. In terms of its function, the place serves as a Turkish cafe and has been created to symbolize the local historic past as embedded in a design concept.
Girma da Fakitin: This building has 7 levels that include all functions (like wellness, lobby, bar, sauna world, rooms etc.) The net area: 15.000 m2

Fasahar Samarwa: BIM technology was applied in the planning process, based on British Standard Institute's ISO certification of Lima Architecture and Interior Design. Raw and native-born materials were used primarily, to fit the natural environment, this reflects on the building's external cladding as well. The reflection and ambient of the hotel is designed to fit to a close-to-nature world, with a twist of using high quality materials only, natural colours and shapes.
Ƙalubalen Zane: It was very important to find the right, high-quality materials to further elevate the quality of the building.
Bincike: During the design phase the demand was raised that the hotel's lobby should also function as a meeting point for the businessmen staying here who, occasionally, can even hold their meetings and customer receptions here as well.
Wahayi: We wanted to use the beauty of nature and create a hotel where guests could relax in a pleasant environment. The hotel has been designed with high quality materials.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The planning process started in 2020 in Budapest and we got the construction permit in 2021 in Serbia, Karlovci. The town of Sremski Karlovci is located in Vojvodina, Serbia.
Tsarin Aiki: The goal was to definitively have a central core, a lobby, and that the community and private functions should appear clearly separated from each other. Thus the functional units have been combined with visual solutions. The use of huge glass surfaces has allowed the areas to become particularly bright and sunny.
