Game da Prestige Life Hadadden Ofis

Prestige Life wani hadadden ofis da kasuwanci ne dake Seyhan, Adana, a kasar Turkiyya. Ginin yana tsaye a kan fili mai fadin murabba'in mita 2835, kuma yana da jimlar fadin gini na murabba'in mita 3500, wanda aka tsara shi a kan wani bene na karkashin kasa, bene na kasa da benaye biyu na sama. An gina tsarin ginin da kwakkwaran siminti mai karfe, kuma bangon waje na amfani da allunan siminti da aka riga aka gyara. Manyan gilasai suna shigar da hasken rana, yayin da masu kariya daga rana na tsaye ke rage yawan zafi. Bene na kasa yana samar da hanyar tafiya ta masu tafiya a kafa mai ci gaba tare da shagunan kasuwanci, kuma wata gada ta hada benayen sama. Siffofi Na Musamman: This office and commercial complex, located in Seyhan, Adana, redefines urban presence on a compact plot wiith its clean geometry, precast facades and layered transparency. The project offers a refined spatial dialogue between interior and exterior. The composition supports a programmatic mix while maintaining timeless architectural clarity.
Girma da Fakitin: The building sits on a 2835 m2 plot with a total construction area of 3500 m2. It comprises a basement, ground floor and two upper floors, housing office spaces, flexible commercial units, and social interfaces such as terraces and courtyards carefully planned to optimize flow and density.
Kalmomin Alama: Timeless Design, Smart Architecture, Office Retail Hybrid, Precast Facade, Passive Cooling, Urban Courtyards, Dense Plot Strategy
Fasahar Samarwa: The structural system is reinforced concrete, paired with a prefabricated facade system using precast concrete panels. Glazing units maximize daylight, while vertical sunshades reduce heat gain. Smart building technologies are integrated into all floors to optimize energy and user comfort.
Ƙalubalen Zane: A key design challenge was resolving the steep plot angles and rigid façade geometry while preserving programmatic clarity. The integration of cantilevers and a connecting bridge required careful structural articulation. Ensuring two separate volumes speak a shared language while expressing their individuality added further complexity to the architectural dialogue.
Wahayi: The project is inspired by the urban rhythm of Adana and the permanence of public structures. Aiming for timelessness, the design relies on repetition, shadow play, and void articulation, transforming structural logic into a soft urban presence anchored in context.
Tsawon Lokacin Aikin: The project was initiated in March and completed in June, following an intensive design process focused on contextual integration and architectural clarity. Located in a commercially dense urban setting in Turkey, the building was shaped by the need to establish public continuity and spatial fluidity through form, transparency and circulation.
Tsarin Aiki: The circulation strategy of the project is based on permeability and layering. The ground floor is designed as a continuous pedestrian route with commercial units, while upper floors are connected by a bridge. Vertical and horizontal transitions are defined by voids, terraces and large openings that allow natural light and interaction between different functions.
